أرجو المساعدة العاجلة جداً فى كيفية إستعادة مجلد المتطفل بعد حذفه أى
Restoring the Deleted Spam Folder ,مع العلم إنه مثبت على الجهاز برنامج الحماية
Anti Spam وبحثت على كل محركات البحث و المواقع وجدت التالى:
To manually restore the spam folder

On the Windows taskbar on the Exchange server, click Start > Run.
In the Open box type the command and press Enter:

cmd

At the command prompt type, and press Enter:

c:\Program Files\Symantec\SBAS\SpamFolderAgent\bin\era.exe once

If your install path for Symantec Brightmail AntiSpam is different, type the install path corresponding to the location of era.exe.

Close the Cmd.exe window.
Open your email client. The spam folder will be recreated.الردعاجل للأهمية وشكرا وفقكم الله.
لكن كيف أعرف install path الذىيلائم the location of era.exe
